About Us

Komo FC History Lesson By: Andy Komoroski

Patrick “Pat” Turner

Komo FC Hartbreakers is a byproduct of a true love for the game that our coaches have shared their whole lives. This love for the game was fostered in us by the late and most certainly great Pat Turner. He was our coach growing up and he poured his love for soccer into not only his own children but numerous kids as a coach and the ultimate super fan! Pat Turner's son, also named Pat Turner, I'll refer to him as PT to help avoid confusion. PT and I grew up together, alongside Zach Gorla, Danny Vogler, Matt Mercer. (Other Komo FC Coaches)

When I decided to create our own club, I reached out to PT to ask his blessing to carry on the name his father coached under, "Hartbreakers." This is who our badge & name honors. Throughout my life, I played for numerous coaches but none had as big as an impact on me as Pat Turner which was the driving force in creating a program that my kids, my family and my group of friends kids can play under and have an experience playing youth soccer that they can remember in 20 years as being a positive experience in addition to preparing them for the next level on and off the field. We know Mr. Turner would be so proud and we are so grateful to be able to honor his memory.

Why should you consider Komo FC?

We prioritize having quality teams over the quantity of teams at our small club. Our experienced coaches, who have played at high levels, are deeply passionate about the game and dedicated to bringing out the best in our players. When selecting a club, it's essential to consider both your child's aspirations and your financial situation. Our aim is to keep costs below $1,300 per year (dues are broken up throughout the season) covering training sessions, league fees

for Fall, Winter, and Spring Seasons, as well as tournament fees. If you're seeking a club that nurtures a love for soccer, enhances player skills, and fosters a supportive social environment for lifelong involvement in the sport, we invite you to consider joining us..

Additional benefits of choosing a small independent club like Komo FC

  • Very approachable and personable coaches that create bonds with the players and families
  • Experience at all spectrums – 3v3, 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11
  • Practices are on turf
  • We limited the number of teams our coaches cover to ensure they can provide more focus and attention to the 1-2 teams they are responsible for.
  • There are no traditional club fees. Other clubs in the area can be as expensive as $3,000 per year.
  • Players on younger teams, who are exceling, have the opportunity to sub/play for an older team in the club
  • We truly believe in focusing on the process and not just the result. We will never measure our success by just Wins & Losses.
